LUIS ALBERTO BALLADAREZ
Fourth generation coffee producer, agronomist engineer, and truly a leader in his field, Luis Alberto’s processing techniques and experiments are among the best in the industry. He has won the Cup of Excellence (a national coffee competition) twice, placed in the top 10 several times, and distributes each year’s winnings among the workers on his farm.
This is Driftaway’s third year roasting Luis Alberto’s coffees, and we’re honored to work with him to present his take on Washed, Honey and Natural processing in one box.

All of the coffees are roasted light to enhance maximum origin characteristics. In this case, we really want to highlight the differences in these coffees based on processing.

Gifting the box set is a great idea for any coffee lover! We'll include a gift message and we will not mention this gift to the gift recipient.
They'll only know about it once they receive it in the mail.
We recommend including the gift giver's name in the gift message so that they know who sent it to them.
Unfortunately, we're not able to substitute a subscription delivery with the box set.
