For every pound of coffee we roast, 5 cents is donated to the World Coffee Research.

From when we started, we have been looking for more ways to contribute to better lives for coffee growers. We initially gravitated towards charities that worked on socioeconomic projects, like safe water, education, and others. But that changed with our first visit to coffee farms. Hearing first hand from several farmers how their biggest challenges were things like climate and coffee plant diseases, we knew that’s how we wanted to support coffee producers – by helping them with sustainable lives by growing better coffee.

WCR’s mission is to grow, protect, and enhance supplies of quality coffee while improving the livelihoods of the families who produce it.

Tools to give farmers better information about existing coffee varieties so they can plant the coffee varieties that are best suited to their farm, such as the first-ever catalog of coffee varieties for Central America
