Mexico Oaxaca -San Pedro (MOS) from @driftawaycoffee. The bean smells are perfectly suited for a candle. Lush with sweetness and generously crisp. The flavor was slightly complex from the bold caramelly notes and the subdued chocolatey aftertaste. The body was lighter and the acidity was playfully neutral. Though it’s not my ideal flavoring for a coffee, Ryan loved it–he’s guilty of enjoying bright and clean coffees such as this one frequently.
