☕️: Guatemala Zacapa La Guerrera (GZG). The mouthfeel is similar to tea and very smooth. I pick up a lot of the black tea flavor in this cup and secondary I get the fudge flavor. Really clean cup of coffee.
Method: V60 pour over
– Pour to 100g to bloom for 45 seconds
– pour to 250g to 1:30
– pour to 500g to 2:15
– pour to 850g to 3:00
The Ratio I pretty much always use is 1/18 (1g coffee to 18g water)
