SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
- The first delivery is the Rise & Grind tasting kit – four different coffees, 2 oz each. Through this kit, the gift recipient can discover the unique tastes coffees can have based on where they are from & how they’ve been roasted.
- They can then pick their favorites from the first kit, and customize the rest of their subscription to their taste.
- The kit will contain instructions for the gift recipient to set up their account and continue the rest of their subscription when it’s convenient for them.
- The gift recipient can skip a delivery if they have too much coffee or are going away. We’ll extend the expiration date.
Shipping
- During checkout, you can specify a future shipping date (please choose June 10th or after), and the shipping address (either yours or the gift recipients).
- If the first kit is being shipped to you, we don’t need the recipient’s shipping address. Just enter your shipping address while checking out. The kit will have instructions for the recipient to setup their account & the remaining deliveries, and ensure those get shipped to them.
- Roasting: We roast each week on Friday and ship within 12 hours. Unless a different shipping date is specified –
- All orders placed before Thursday 5pm EST will be roasted and shipped on Friday.
- Any orders placed after Thursday 5pm EST will be roasted the following Friday.
- All gift sets ship via USPS Priority Mail from Brooklyn, NY within the United States only. Typical delivery times are 1 to 3 days. International delivery is not currently available.
Coffees
- All coffees are single origin specialty grade coffees.
- We only sell whole bean coffee, since pre-ground coffee becomes stale very quickly.
- Sorry, we currently don’t offer any decaf coffee.
