At Driftaway Coffee, we’ve been posting on CoffeeCademy since late 2014. Over the past few years, we’ve covered a wide range of topics. Here are the four most searched-for questions about coffee that we’ve answered on CoffeeCademy.
We’ve covered many different brewing techniques. Ironically, our most searched-for brewing guide is on how to make coffee without a coffee maker. Whether camping, on a boat or simply at home with no coffee maker, people still need a way to brew their coffee (and we completely understand!).
In How to Brew Great Coffee Without a Coffee Maker, we provide instructions for two different brewing techniques that don’t require coffee makers. Thus, we see a lot of questions about various roast levels and the differences between them.
In Roast Levels–What’s the Difference Between Light Roast, Medium Roast and Dark Roast, we explain how roast levels impact coffees. We examine the difference in appearance and flavor, and how various roast levels are used.
