WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW THE GIFT RECIPIENT’S SHIPPING ADDRESS?

No worries! If you are meeting them for the holidays, you can ship the 1st one to you and we’ll add instructions for them to redeem the rest of their subscription. If you are not meeting them, then you can send them an Gift Card via e-mail. They can redeem it whenever they choose. You can see these options in the second step while customizing your gift.

CAN I GET THE 1ST PACKAGE AND SEND THE REST TO THE RECIPIENT?

Yes! Just choose that option in Step 2 while customizing your gift. We’ll add instructions in the first kit for the gift recipient to set up their account & ship the rest of their deliveries to their address.

DO YOU NEED THE RECIPIENT’S INFORMATION FOR SUBSEQUENT DELIVERIES IF I SHIP THE FIRST DELIVERY TO MYSELF?

Not at all! In the first package, we will include instructions for your gift recipient to redeem the rest of their subscription (and as part of that, they will be asked to enter their shipping info), as well as tell us their favorites so that we can personalize all the future deliveries to their taste!

CAN I DELAY MY GIFT CARD EMAIL?

Yes! You can pick a date for when you want the gift card to be emailed in Step 3 while customizing your gift.

CAN I BUY NOW AND SHIP LATER?

Yes you can! You can choose your shipping date in Step 3 while customizing your gift.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER TO RECEIVE FOR CHRISTMAS?

You can place the order now, and get it shipped on December 16th for it to reach around Christmas. The shipping date can be chosen in Step 3 while customizing your gift.

OTHER QUESTIONS

We introduce a new coffee per coffee profile every month.  So if you like 2 coffee profiles and you are on a every 2 weeks plan, you’ll get a different coffee for each delivery. If you would like to repeat a coffee, just email us & we’ll try our best!
We roast every Friday and ship within 12 hours, so your order will be shipped the Friday after it’s been placed. We send an email with tracking information as soon as it is shipped.
Absolutely. Just choose your shipping date during checkout!
All our coffee is whole bean. Coffee gets stale 15 minutes after grinding, so we don’t offer ground coffee at all, especially since all our coffee is freshly roasted!
All coffees are single-origin, specialty coffees from different parts of the world like Central America, South America and Africa. We roast them ourselves in Brooklyn.

Our coffees cover light, medium and dark roast levels. Each person has their own coffee preference, so the first kit lets you try the different coffee profiles we have, and based on which ones you like, you’ll only get coffees that taste similar to the ones you liked.
We currently don’t ship internationally, but are hoping to soon.
Sorry, we currently don’t offer decaf.
You can use any coffee brewer.
The referral payout is added as a credit for an existing order that you have with us. It will reflect on your card statement as a return / refund.
Referrals will be paid after the friend receives a 3rd delivery (typically 4-6 weeks after their initial purchase). As soon as that happens, we’ll credit your account with the payout.
You can refer and earn rewards for up to 50 friends every year.
Referral rewards are valid only on Freshly Roasted Coffee products. They are not valid on Prepaid and Gift Subscriptions.
